This Marina is planned
on the east-end of the Carter Bay properties, near a golf course with a
beautiful restaurant (restaurant now open). 60 cottage rental units and
a conference center overlooking the beautiful Michael's Bay are also
planned. The Michael's Bay is exceptional for its cruising and fishing. This will be a world class marina, catering to sailors and power boaters with an emphasis on detail and service. A high degree of security will guarantee that your boat is in safe hands with us. |

There
will be a 12 foot (3.66 meters) deep channel leading into the Harbor.
This facility will feature 100 seasonal slips up to 50 feet long (15.24
meters), as well as dockage for vessels between 75 feet to 150 feet
(between 22.87 and 45.73 meters) and a large turning basin, making
docking and departing a breeze. We will offer a full slate of marine services including gas (premium and 50:1 pre-mix), pump-out, ice, water, pay phone, hydro, winter & summer storage, a 30 ton boat hoist and a launch ramp. |

| Boaters will find showers and washrooms on the main floor of the Clubhouse building while the second floor, overlooking the magnificent Michael's Bay, will feature a lounge and restaurant with a large outdoor patio. |

The
marina will also offer a fully equipped shop and service facility with
seven day-a-week service from factory trained technicians. As part of this marina, we will have a 24 hour rescue service available to answer Pam-Pam, S.O.S. and medivac situations, as well as tow-in service.
