Carter Bay Eco Resort is owned and operated by Arend van Vierzen. Mr. van Vierzen brings over 30 years of experience in construction and land development to the Carter Bay development project.

Mr. van Vierzen started his own construction company in 1977 and has developed projects in southern Ontario, Alberta, the Canadian Arctic, and the Netherlands. While most projects were residential developments, the company has also built commercial properties in Calgary and Edmonton. Over the last 34 years, Mr. van Vierzen has lived and worked in Canada, the United States, and Europe, and has spearheaded and completed successful projects in each country.

The company boasts a strong and dynamic team that includes an architect, construction managers, and construction crew. The broad range of in-house talent and experience allows us to offer hassle-free property ownership in Carter Bay.
