Another season is upon us and we hope that everybody will enjoy themselves and the beautiful properties. We would also like to welcome all new lot owners into our ever growing “Carter Bay Family” - we love you guys and you make Carter Bay truly feel like a family place …

Road construction Phase II

As you probably noticed we have been really busy over the fall and winter—we build 6 km of new road in Phase II right to the western border of the Carter Bay properties. If you are interested we are more than happy to show it to you.

We are also very busy finishing off the studies and engineering and Plan of Condominium is close to completion.

Once again we would like to make you aware of the big risk of forest fires. Please be careful with fire. Do not have any campfires in the forest!
