We have hired a professional town planner to assist with speeding up the Plan of Condominium (Shared Element). Carter Bay as a whole is an awesome project, that has many interesting things to offer. Just come in and get some more information on the different stages and parts of Carter Bay. We are always happy to talk to you. |

As you can see - the Carter Bay properties are gated now. There are a few different reasons for that. The Carter Bay properties have always been private, but the owner, Arend van Vierzen, has been very gracious and granted the public access to the beach. Unfortunately we had a few incidents over the last little while and want and need to protect our lot owners from vandalism and break-ins. Furthermore we need to make sure that everyone respects the amazing beauty of the Carter Bay properties and everything connected to it. If you have questions about that, feel free to come into the office and talk to us.
This year as always we would like to make you aware of the risk of forest fires. Please obey the MNR fire rules!
