Well friends, we would like to greet everybody in the new season of 2011 and hope that everybody will truly enjoy themselves on the Carter Bay properties.
We would like to welcome all new lot owners into our "Carter Bay Family". We are very happy to have you and it is always wonderful to meet new and interesting people.
As you can see - the Carter Bay properties are gated. There are a few different reasons for that. The Carter Bay properties have always been private, but the owner, Arend van Vierzen, has been very gracious and granted the public access to the beach. Unfortunately we had a few incidents in the past and want and need to protect our lot owners from vandalism and break-ins. Furthermore we need to make sure that everyone respects the amazing beauty of |

the Carter Bay properties and everything connected to it. If you have questions about that, feel free to come into the office and talk to us.
This year as always we would like to make you aware of the risk of forest fires. Please obey the MNR fire rules! Do not have any camp fires in the forest!
There are still great estate lots available with common access areas to the waterfront. Great values and huge lots, absolutely gorgeous.
Well, we are off to a good start. Big things are in the forecast for this season. If you have questions about the development, come in and say 'HI' to us or have a coffee with us. We will always have time for those interested in our project.
