I've been visiting Carter Bay since I was a child and now that I am a Grandmother I am VERY interested in owning a part of the Bay. The dunes are magnificent, and the fosils (especially the bone embeded in the rock on the far right of the beach) are amazing. Hope enough lots are still for sale when grampa and I are ready to purchase ...

Toured the area and it is nice. Would be nice to see info on the sorts of services that are approved for the beachfront lots. Are septic systems going to be used? Is there a watermain or are wells being used? Are there any restrictions on what can be built on the beachfront lots? Also, prices would be helpful as well as local builder contacts for pricing a home. Thank you.
